Do you "forget to eat?"

Is this you?

If it is, I can help!

This is another one that I hear all the time from my clients. A lot of us are so busy that sometimes eating at regular intervals, or responding to our body's hunger signals, can take the backseat when it comes to priorities.

If you want to be the healthiest best version of yourself, you NEED to prioritize your own nutrition. Nutrition is one of the biggest opportunities you have to improve your energy, mood, and performance in the gym and in life. Here are the top tips I give to those who struggle to fit food into their schedule.

1. Have snacks on deck that are EASY and PORTABLE. If eating is low on your priority list during your day, make the food easier, and more readily available to eat.

2. Start tracking your food. This adds accountability and can show you how much you're really eating or NOT eating during the day. This gives you a sense of direction on what to improve upon.

3. Eat at regular intervals throughout the day. If you can, work eating into your schedule and make it non-negotiable. Example: I always have my coffee and my breakfast before I put my work clothes on. , etc.

Which of these tips seems like it could be most useful for you right now? Or, what would you add?
