Group Classes

Get fit, and have fun doing it! The motivating energy of a group, mixed with the expertise of a coach and the Level Method system, is the perfect recipe to accomplish your goals.

What is this class about?

As part of our group training experience, you’ll get closer to your fitness goals with each class workout.

First, your coach will lead the group through an organized warmup.

Then, we’ll use your Level Method Fitness Level to custom-tailor the workout to fit your current skills, strength, and goals.

Get your sweat on and make some great friends along the way!
